Breakfast:

1.      Put amount of tang in a 1 quart Ziploc bag per the directions. Write on bag how much water to add.  Drink out of bag using straw.

2.      Put a good size serving of grain cereal in 1 quart Ziploc bag.  Add 2 table spoons powered milk.  Write on bag to add ½ cup water.

3.      Empty 1 packet Instant Breakfast in 1 qt. Ziploc bag.  Add 2 tbs.  powered milk.  Write on bag to add 2-cups water, and mix before drinking from bag using straw.

4.      Include plastic spoon, straw, and napkin.  Put all bagged items in a 1 gal. Ziploc bag and label Breakfast #1.

 

Lunch:

1.      Put 1 bagel in 1 qt. Ziploc bag. 

2.      Put crackers in small container that will not crush.

3.      Put can of oysters or other meat in 1 qt. Ziploc bag.

4.      Put Gator aid mix for 1 qt. in a 1 qt. Ziploc bag.  Write on the bag to add approx. 1-qt water. Drink out of bag using straw.

5.      Include plastic spoon, straw, and napkin.  Put all above items in a 1 gal. Ziploc and label Lunch #1.

 

Supper:

1.      Put ½ cup minute rice in 1 qt. Ziploc bag.

2.      Put 1 can of meat of your choice in 1 qt. Ziploc bag.

3.      Put Gator aid mix for 1 qt. In a 1 qt. Ziploc bag.  Write on the bag to add approx. 1-qt water. Drink out of bag using straw.

4.      Include plastic spoon, straw, and napkin and small oven cooking bag.  Put all above 

items along with salt/pepper in a 1 gal. Ziploc and label Supper #1.

When cooking supper put 1 inch water in pan.  Put 1 cup water in cooking bag.  Place cooking bag in pot and place on stove.  When water starts to boil add salt/pepper, rice and canned meat.  Close bag with a wooden cloths pin and simmer for 5 minutes.  Lift cooking bag out of pan and place in bowl.  Roll down sides of bag and eat out of bag.  This saves cleaning the pot.

* Include snacks in several 1 qt. Plastic bags to be eaten when wanted.
